In Position Green you have the option of generating a self-service import template for a custom measure.
Please ensure that the measure has a measure prettyID before downloading the self serive import template.Follow the steps below to generate the Excel template for importing data.
1. Go to Company Setup via your initials in the upper right corner.
2. Go to Measures in the top menu.
3. Search for or find the measure in the list into which you would like to import data via a generated import template.
4. Click the additional settings icon (...) and click Generate self service import.

5. An Excel file (xlsx) is downloaded to your computer.
7. If any data already has been submitted in a measure that data will be included in the file import template.
By submitting a few data entries before downloading the self service import template is a good way to get an idea of how data is structured in the import template file.
6. In the Excel template it is in the "data" sheet that data should be filled out. In the sheet every input field in the measure is represented by a column where one row represents one data entry. If the input field is a dropdown or similar fixed-value input it is also represented by a sheet to reference the fixed values in the platform.
In the below screenshot Column B lists the organizational units, listed with the prettyID, as the proper name and the prettyID might not be the same please refer to the sheet "Organization units" in the template and use the corresponding prettyID for a specific organizational unit.

In column C the reporting methods should be listed for each purchased of goods, this is a multiple choice option and the sheet 1 CA - Reporting method; Scope can be used to see the available options:

The list item id should be used in the data sheet as this ensures the item selected is unique.
In this example column D: Type of purchased good or service is a free text field and no sheet with fixed values is present.
Similar to the fixed value "Reporting method" the unit for the purchased goods or services is fixed and this time a single choice, again the list item id should be used, though it's not uncommon the listem id is indetical to the list item name.
