All events in the Position Green Platform are recorded in an immutable audit log. Each entry records details including timestamp, action taken, data delta, and acting user.
Activity log per registration
To view these events per registration, scroll down and click Activity log.
Activity log of a registration
This log forms a comprehensive audit trail that can be used to trace data mutations and user actions over time.
When the list of logged events is long:
- Scroll down to load more events.
- Filter on categories of events to show a subset of events.
Activity log per data point
The Activity log here shows recorded changes, comments and review updates for an individual data point in one place.

Example of activity log on data point level.
From "Data reporting" view or "Review data" vire, open a data point’s side panel and select the Activity log tab, next to Comments.
Entries are listed newest first. Each entry shows:
- What happened: data updated, comment added or deleted, or review status changed
- The recorded value or details
- Who performed the action
- When available, the date and time
When the list of logged events is long:
- Use the filters to show or hide Comments, Data updated and Review status.
- More entries load as you scroll.
What is not shown on measure point level
Some activity applies to the whole registration rather than a single field. You can find it in the registration’s activity log. For example:
- Registration status: Creating, confirming or unconfirming, locking or unlocking, activating or deactivating
- Registration comments and collaboration. Collaboration or delegation events
- Registration attachments. Files added through a file-input field show up as a data update on that field.
- Repeatables. Entries appear on the specific field and row they belong to. Actions on the whole group are not shown on every cell.
Need a more detailed log of activities?
For security and integrity reasons, only certain events and data are made visible to customer users through activity logs in the software.
Upon request, detailed audit logs can be provided to customers for the purposes of legal, safety, security, and compliance audits.
