Add list items

When a list is uploaded, Position Green can process it in three ways:

• Ignore duplicates - All list items are inserted.
• Update and replace duplicates - New list items are inserted, and the current values of matched existing list items are updated.
• Update and insert new value from today's date - New list items are inserted, and new values are added to matched existing list items, valid from today's date.

Position Green matches list items in priority order based on these values:
- External ID
- Name
