Position Green is currently rolling out an updated and improved Data registration view. The update comes with several benefits along with a cleaner user interface.

Key features:
Improved summary of each registration
Status indicators - Each registration displays a status badge ("Not started", "In progress", "Confirmed", "Locked") and the number of fields left to complete.
Quick action buttons - Action buttons are clearly labeled and context-sensitive, e.g., "Confirm" or "Notify responsible".
Improved visual hiearchy and labels - Each card displays the name of the registration, aspect, reporting period, responsbile reporter, number of collaborator and links to management of collaborators.

Navigating the New View
1. Accessing the Reporting View
From the dashboard, go to Data Reporting. You’ll see a refreshed layout with filter tabs at the top.
2. Understanding Each Card
- Each data entry is displayed as a card containing:
- Reporting code & title
- Tags for category and location
- Period
- Assigned user
- Progress status
- Fields left to complete
3. Submitting Data
- Click on a card to expand it and register or update the required data fields.
- Use the dropdown or status button to mark it as "In progress" or "Confirm" when complete.
Tracking Progress
At the top-right of the screen, a progress bar now shows:
- Total tasks to do/started
- Total tasks confirmed
- Percentage complete for the current reporting period
Toggle between old and updated version
During a transition period there will be possible toggle between old an updated version
Registrations with errors will be read-only
Registrations from 2023 and earlier containing errors will be read-only. If your for some reason need to edit that data you will need to a) fix the errors or b) toggle back to previous version of the Data registration view and unconfirm (and if relevant unlock) that registration.
